We offer delivery options throughout Perth and the metropolitan area and use a reputable delivery service.

For customers located in regional Western Australia or outside the Perth metropolitan area, please contact us to discuss available freight and delivery options. We are happy to explore the most suitable delivery solution for your location.

Delivery Options

• Perth Metro Delivery: Delivery within the Perth metropolitan area can be arranged directly with The Reformer Shop. Our large Pilates apparatus is handled carefully throughout transportation to help ensure it arrives safely.
• Showroom Collection: Customers are welcome to collect their equipment directly from The Reformer Shop by prior arrangement.
• Regional & Interstate Freight: Freight options may be available for customers outside the Perth metropolitan area. Please contact us for an individual freight quote and to discuss delivery requirements.
• Delivery & Setup: Delivery and equipment setup may be available for an additional fee. This can be discussed with you prior to purchase so you can select the option that best suits your home or studio.

Delivery Fees

Delivery and freight charges are not included in the purchase price unless specifically stated otherwise.

Delivery fees vary depending on your location, the size and quantity of equipment ordered, accessibility and the delivery service required. Where applicable, a delivery or freight quote will be provided before your order is confirmed.

Delivery Access

Due to the size and weight of Pilates apparatus, customers are responsible for ensuring there is safe and suitable access to the nominated delivery location.

Unless otherwise agreed in advance, standard delivery is to an accessible ground-floor location.

Please advise The Reformer Shop prior to delivery of any stairs, lifts, narrow doorways, restricted access, steep driveways, limited parking or other circumstances that may affect delivery. Additional charges may apply where specialised handling or additional assistance is required.

Receiving Your Delivery

Please ensure that an authorised person is available to receive the equipment at the arranged delivery time.

We recommend inspecting your equipment as soon as it is received. If there is any visible damage to the packaging or equipment, please photograph the damage before removing or disposing of the packaging.

Any damage believed to have occurred during transit should be reported to The Reformer Shop by email within 24 hours of delivery, together with photographs and details of the damage, so we can investigate the matter promptly.

Delivery Timeframes

Any delivery or freight timeframes provided are estimates only. While we will make every reasonable effort to ensure your order arrives within the anticipated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to freight carriers, weather, supply circumstances or other factors outside our reasonable control.

For custom or special-order equipment, estimated delivery timeframes will be discussed with you when placing your order.

Missed or Unsuccessful Deliveries

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that someone is available to receive the equipment at the agreed delivery time and that appropriate access has been provided.

Additional delivery charges may apply where a delivery cannot be completed due to no one being available, inadequate access, incorrect delivery information or circumstances at the delivery location that were not disclosed prior to delivery.
